We are extremely excited to have you join us on the mountain this year!
Before you make your journey to Antelope Butte Mountain Recreation Center for a weekend of madness on the mountain, here are a few things to know:
The venue is located in the Big Horn Mountains on a ski resort approx. an hour from the nearest town, so come prepared with everything you need for the weekend (PLENTY OF WATER, food, camping gear, etc.)
All tickets are will-call this year to avoid fees from ticketing companies. When you arrive at the venue, your vehicle will be subject to search at the gate, you will present your ID and receive your wristbands. The entrance crew to the festival will have a full list of ticket holders.
Please note this is an 18+ festival. If you have one person buying your tickets/lodging package, the will call sheet will read the purchaser’s name + however many tickets were bought. The ticket purchaser must present an ID that matches the will call and he/she will receive the number of wristbands the will-call sheet says. Please plan on entering with the person who bought your tickets and have your ID's ready.
There will be limited to no cell phone service once at the venue so please keep that in mind when making plans with your friends to meet up.
Weather on the mountain ranges from 80 degrees during the day to around 50 degrees at night so please plan accordingly and bring plenty of layers and gear to stay comfortable.
The festival does allow exit and re-entry privileges, however you must keep your wristband on in order to get back into the festival. All re-entries are subject to search upon reentering the festival.
This is an 18+ event. ID is required for entry.
There will be two food vendors present with a variety of options Friday through Sunday. Bring snacks as well and be prepared.
Please bring enough cash for all your needs during the weekend. There will be no ATM on site, however many of the vendors will accept payments via Square.
General Admission ticket holders may enter the festival at 12PM on Friday the 13th.
VIP and Thursday early arrival ticket holders may enter at 12PM on Thursday the 12th.
All attendees must vacate the property by 12PM on Sunday the 14th.
Attendees may leave the festival at any time and come back as long as their wristband remains on.
Gates for the property close at 10 PM each night. If you plan on arriving after this time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we may set up an arrival plan.
Yes, 2 day general admission passes will be available at the gate for $140.
Single-day passes will also be available for $60 each day.
Ski lift passes will also be available at the gate for $25 each.
If you wish to camp next to your friends you must enter the festival together in your cars. This is the only way to guarantee your spots will be together.
Yes, please purchase an RV pass on the ticket page for $40 if you are planning on bringing an RV or camper. There will be a designated RV camping area. Please note there are no RV hookups on site. If you have not purchased an RV pass in advance you will be required to purchase one at the gate upon entry.
For those who do not wish to camp, the Big Horn Mountains offer three different mountain lodges as well as a range of hotels at the base of the mountain. Please see our Festival Information page for details.
Unfortunately we will not have showers on site, however the three lodges all located within 20 minutes of the festival have showers for a small fee. To learn more about the lodges head over to the Festival Information page.
The ski lift will only be operating from 12PM to 8PM on Saturday the 14th. Any ski lift pass holders can ride as many times as they like. Ski lift passes will be able to be purchased at the ticket booth & are included in VIP passes. The ski lift boasts some of the most wonderful views of the Big Horn Mountains so don't miss this ride!
Yes! Totems are not only allowed but encouraged! Let your artistic abilities fly!
No, there is a strict fire ban on the mountain. Small portable propane grills will be allowed.
We will have a silent disco after hours starting at 2 AM. Amplified sound is not allowed anywhere at this time.
Unfortunately this year we will not have water stations. We are working something out to get one next year. Water will be available for purchase for $1 at the beer garden, but please come prepared with plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Yes alcohol is allowed for those older than 21. You may bring your own in the camping areas. Outside alcohol will not be allowed inside of the main stage area. We will be selling different types of beers, seltzers and local microbrews at the stage bar to purchase. The stage bar is open until 1:30 AM each night.
Ice will be for sale at the bar, however it will be limited so grab yours early! There are also loads of places on the way up the mountain to get ice at as well.
No glass, illegal substances, fireworks, explosives, firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed into the festival grounds. We have a zero tolerance policy for any drug use or possession deemed illegal by the state of Wyoming. This includes Marijuana. Anyone caught with illegal drugs will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Security will be present at the festival and Sheriff walk-throughs will be supported.
All attendees and cars are subject to search upon entry to the festival.
We operate under the premise of a leave no trace festival. Our goal is to leave the property cleaner than we found it so please do your part with picking up your trash and recycling when possible. Trash and recycle bins will be placed conveniently throughout the festival.
